Country Club Estates Homeowners Association is similar to other HOA’s.  We collect dues and then maintain our property and buildings with those dues.  But CCE as we all know is special.  We have two amazing assets that most HOA’s don’t have.  A wonderful 9 hole golf course and our beautiful “Little” beach.  These two assets are what make CCE such a wonderful place to live and own property.  We have an elected Board of Directors made up of 5 property owners who receive no compensation and are elected for two year terms.  The Board’s main purpose is to make decisions on how and where we spend our capital to improve our properties.  We strive to not just maintain CCE’s beauty and charm but to also invest in it for the future.
