The Association
Supporting and maintaining our amenities and neighborhood standards is the primary work of the Country Club Estates Property Owners Association, which serves the residents across its 578 full lots and numerous partial properties. The Property Owners Association of Country Club Estates “and” Country Club Estates Golf Association are both Wisconsin Chapter 181 Non-Stock Corporations.
Annual Assessments
Annual assessments assist in covering the cost of maintaining shared community areas and facilities in Country Club Estates.
Amenities
Nine-hole golf course with a shared community-center clubhouse, 40 acres of hiking trails, tennis, pickleball & basketball courts, along with lakefront facilities which include a beach house, vehicle parking, boat slips, piers, moorings, paddleboards and kayak racks, with direct access to a swimming beach and park area.
Governance
Our Board of Directors is composed of five uncompensated property owners, each elected at the annual June meeting, to a two-year term. The Board's primary responsibility is to make strategic financial decisions for capital expenditures that will enhance our properties. We are committed not only to maintaining the beauty and charm of CCE but also to ensuring its long-term future through wise investment.
Meetings
Residents are encouraged to participate in the Board of Directors' monthly meetings. The “annual CCE Residents' meeting” will take place in early June at the outdoor golf course. All dates, times and meeting agendas are posted in the “Calendar” tab on this website.
