After discussions with Fontana Village Administrator, Theresa Loomer, she has advised us to not file complaints on Granicus, which is the vendor the village uses to track short term rentals. Recently people have filed complaints for noise issues and too many vehicles at a short term rental property. Many of the complaints have been filed on the weekends and the Fontana hall staff are not working and Granicus does not have any interaction with Fontana PD. The best way to track these issues is to call the police and ask that a citation be issued as a way to track short term rental violations.
