Beginning Monday, October 31, 2022, Country Club Estates will begin making repairs and renovations to the castle gate.  These repairs and renovations are intended to eliminate or reduce the amount of motor vehicle accidents at this location.  During these renovations, Shabbona Drive will be closed to all traffic from Highway B to Montaque Drive.  No through traffic will be permitted.  This project is anticipated to take several weeks to complete.  Please plan your travels accordingly.

Regarding complaints with Short Term Rentals, the CCE Board would like our HOA Members to contact the Fontana Police Department at the non emergency number, 262-275-2275.

Please see the attached flyer to support the Water Safety Patrol as they celebrate their 100th Anniversary.  The Water Safety Patrol will be at CCE beach to sell and sign the commermorative 100 year anniversary book Saturday, August 15 from 10:30-12:30.

Due to COVID-19 resurfacing in the Village of Fontana, the village has immediately limited the big beach to residents only. The little beach which is owned by the village is currently limited to 50 people until the new grass comes in. Opening up the grass portion will be made by the village public works department. Effective immediately CCE will cease to offer chairs to our residents. We apologize for this but do not want to put any of our employees, residents or guests in jeopardy. There will also be a check in system at the beach shack when you enter the beach from our parking lot as all access to the little beach will be through our entrance. Paddle board club is still operational as the boards are used by one individual at a time and we feel comfortable with our staffs ability to properly sanitize them. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times.
