CCE Beach Parking Lot Closed

The Village of Fontana has informed us that the CCE beach parking lot will be closed as they will be finalizing the underground infrastructure and paving Monday, May 20th through Friday, May 24th. Village of Fontana Lot 2 is available for CCE residents and they will not ticket cars there if they do not have the "F" stickers.

The Annual Meeting of the Property Owners' Association of Country Club Estates is Saturday, June 15th at 11:00 AM at the clubhouse.
The CCE Board consists of Glenn Aldinger, Sandra Hibbard, Tom McGreevy, Scott Vilona, and Steven Zabowski. Two board seats (Tom McGreevy and Scott Vilona) are up for election for two-year terms. We would like to thank Tom and Scott for their many years of service to the CCE community as they are not seeking re-election. Please consider running for a board seat and joining fellow residents in our goal of maintaining and enhancing the living experience here at Country Club Estates. Road Closure Update from the Village of Fontana

Hello Association Presidents: Please be advised the intersection of Shabbona Drive and S. Lakeshore Drive will be CLOSED beginning Monday, April 29, 2024. The closure will last one to two weeks. Detour routes will be posted. Anyone that needs to access Shabbona Drive or any street east of Shabbona Drive must enter off County Hwy B. Road closed signs will be posted at Indian Hills and S. Lakeshore, Brickley and S. Lakeshore, and on Fontana Blvd with a hard stop at the beach parking lot.

REMINDER: The golf couse is open for the season
