We're happy to offer our beautiful lakefront amenities for exclusive use by CCE families and their escorted guests. Our Lakefront Team during the season is dedicated to making your visit more enjoyable.

CCE LAKEFRONT PACKETS

Made available for pickup starting April 1st inside the Community Center, CCE Residents are issued a “Beach Chair Card” along with two “Vehicle Parking Permits”. These exclusive items are intended for Resident use only. More details below.

Beach House - Hours 2026
The Beach House may close early at times due to inclement weather or for low usage during the season. Alternatively, hours may flex to open earlier for Holiday celebrations and will be posted in advance.

Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day

  • Saturday, May 23 (Open for season) - Monday September 7, 2026
  • Monday - Thursday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Fridays, Weekends & Holidays: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

September

  • Weekends Only: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • September 27 (Closes for season)

Beach Chairs
To help everyone enjoy a day at the beach, families can borrow up to four chairs per visit. Just show your Beach Chair Card to our Lakefront Team during open hours, and we’ll get you set up!

Concessions
At The Beach House, we’ve got everything you need for a perfect day in the sun. From refreshing beverages and healthy snacks to freeze pops and exclusive merchandise, our shop has you covered.

To keep things simple, we are a card-only facility. Once we’ve securely saved your payment method to your account, you can leave your wallet at home and enjoy a card-free experience on every visit.

Games
Ready for some fun in the sun? The Beach House has you covered with yard games like giant Jenga, badminton, and bean bag toss. Just swing by the front desk during open hours to check them out for free!

Restroom
For the convenience of our CCE Residents, this restroom is for the exclusive use during operating hours.

Rinse Station
Rinse off the sand before heading home – an outdoor shower is provided.


 

BOATING / Applications, Fees, Information & Waiting Lists

Demand consistently exceeds availability, so we prioritize efficient management and tight timelines to serve our community. New residents are formally invited to join our waiting lists for buoys, kayak racks, boat ramps, and boat slips via their welcome packets. RULES & REQUIREMENTS for PARTICIPATION

For all CCE Homeowners currently utilizing or interested in renting a boating space (buoys, slips, ramps, or racks), please review the official Boating Rules & Regulations for all essential requirements necessary to secure and maintain your space.

Boat Buoys

Eleven buoys are available through the courtesy of the Glenwood Springs Club. While CCE manages the waiting list, all other rental operations are handled by GSC Administrator Peg Pollitt, who can be reached at (262) 374-1978.

Boat Slips

Under a long-term lease agreement with the Village of Fontana, CCE operates two parallel piers adjacent to the Abbey harbor. These facilities, designated as the "North" and "South" piers, provide a total of 19 berths, with 10 slips located on the North pier and 9 slips on the South pier.

  • For existing slip renters, the right to use their slip is perpetual and non-transferable.
  • Current fee structure is $2,300 annually.
  • To reserve slips for the 2026 season, a non-refundable deposit is due by January 5th, with the remaining balance due March 31st. (NOTE: For the 2027 season, deposits will be due in October with the balance due in March).
  • When a renter decides not to use their slip for the next season, we immediately contact people on our waiting list to re-rent it, and update the waiting list accordingly.

2027 Slip Renewals - Current slip-holders retain perpetual, non-transferable rights to their slips at an annual rate of $2,300. To keep slips for the 2027 season, please adhere to this payment schedule:

  1. Deposit (Non-refundable): Due by October 31, 2026.
  2. Final Balance: Due by March 31, 2027.

Note: Late payments or cancellations will trigger an immediate offer to our waiting list.

Boat Ramps

CCE has a long-term lease for two piers from the Village of Fontana. The “North” and “South” piers run parallel to the Abbey harbor. These seasonal storage spaces are designed for small paddle-craft like kayaks and canoes.The “ramps” are located just off the North and South pier entrances.

  • The North pier has 9 spaces and the South pier offers 4 spaces.
  • For existing ramp rentals, the right to use their space is perpetual and non-transferable.
  • The current fee structure is $225 annually.
  • To reserve slips for the 2026 season, a non-refundable deposit is due by January 5th, with the remaining balance due March 31st. (NOTE: For the 2027 season, deposits will be due in October with the balance due in March).

Pier Installation / Removal Dates

Our contracted pier company generally has a target of May 1st for installation and mid-October for pier removal efforts. We correspond directly with ramp and slip renters when provided with up-to-date details. Keep in mind that weather can (and has) significantly impacted these dates previously.

Kayak & Paddleboard Racks

Our 4 seasonal racks are located on a concrete pad in the back-corner in the parking facility. Plenty of room to maneuver and safely away from vehicular parking.Vessels are required to be in their assigned space by June 15th and must be removed no later than November 1st.

Stand Up Paddleboards
Ready to hit the water? Residents can reserve one of our 8 SUPs! Just submit an application and the required fees to secure your spot.

Application

Program Fees

  • Annual Usage: $80.00 / family
  • Security Deposit: $200.00 / Check required and is returned at the end of the season unless there are damages to the equipment during use.

Availability

  • 2 hour time blocks and 2 SUP’s per family, per use.
  • Available during Beach House hours
  • By special request & advance reservation
  • We will accommodate “walk-in” requests ONLY if daily work schedules permit.

Reservations Required

  • Schedule in-advance with our Lakefront Team (262) 394-5340.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation on the day of your scheduled use, please call us. This helps us save the effort of setting up the equipment.

Safety Required

  • Please bring and wear your personal flotation device (PFD) at all times.

PARKING FACILITY

CCE residents can enjoy free parking at the Lakefront Parking Facility. Just be sure to display your proper permit on your vehicle. Parking at this facility is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with 45 spaces total, including two designated handicapped spaces.

  • Please note: Oversized vehicles and trailers are not permitted.

Resident Parking Permits
Your Resident Parking Permit must be permanently affixed to the lower driver side corner of your vehicle's front window. Permits must be clearly visible to parking enforcement staff. Permits are transferable from one vehicle to another for exclusive Resident use ONLY.

  • Scooter Owners: Please stop by the Beach House to check in your scooter. We need to record the owner's name and the scooter's make and model.

Parking Enforcement
The Country Club Estates Property Owners Association (CCE-POA) works with the Village of Fontana Police and an outside towing company to ensure compliance with our Lakefront Parking requirements.


PIERS, SWIMMING BEACH & PARK

  • No Pets (except between October 15th – March 31st)
  • Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on CCE lakefront property or piers.
  • No Glass or Sharp Utensils
  • No Grills or Open Fires
  • No Smoking (Ord. #42-122)

PIERS (Private)
Both North and South Piers/Ramps are exclusively for CCE Residents only.

LIFEGUARDS
The Water Safety Patrol provides Lifeguards who are on duty seven days a week, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Swim at your own risk when no lifeguards are on duty.
  • Swimming outside of the buoyed beach area is strictly prohibited.

  • Beach hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

PARK GROUNDS
A grassy section of property is adjacent to the beach, for guests to sunbathe, picnic and play. You are welcome to supply your own sun-tents, portable tables and games. Please be prepared to help us keep the park clean by collecting all trash and removing it with you when you leave.
