Step into an atmosphere of quiet focus, where you can pursue your passion for sports. We provide the ideal environment for both spirited competition and friendly recreation.

BASKETBALL & TENNIS
A regulation-size multi-sport court for tennis and basketball was installed in 2024, adhering to all relevant sports facility construction and safety standards. The court features clear line markings and a high-performance surface suitable for competitive play.

PICKLEBALL
Four new pickleball courts, constructed in 2024, offer a top-tier playing experience. The surrounding area features thoughtful additions like parking, windscreens, benches, and landscaping to complete the facility.

ELIGIBILITY

• Access to CCE Sports Courts is exclusively reserved for property owners in good standing.
• All play/court sessions must be reserved ahead of time.
• A CCE Property Owner must stay on the court throughout the reserved time.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS

• Time Limit: All reservations are subject to a 2-hour time limit.
• Booking Limit: Property Owners may reserve a maximum of two (2) Pickleball courts simultaneously.
• CCE Property Owners can book court time within 7 days* and have the ability to start booking courts at 7:00 a.m.

ATTIRE

• Please wear proper athletic attire, including footwear with non-marking soles. The carbon rubber found in some black-soled shoes damages and marks our court surfaces.

OPEN PLAY
Open Play for CCE Residents provides a reserved court time for players of all skill levels to participate freely while making new friends from our community.

Mondays & Wednesdays
9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Tuesdays & Thursdays
5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Sundays
4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

KEEP YOURSELF “SAFE & IN THE GAME”

Always stretch and warm up your body before play begins.

• Be aware of the playing area.
• Never play on a wet court.
• Wear proper court shoes.
• Make certain your sports equipment is clean and ready.
• Know your own limitations.
