Hello Association Presidents: Please be advised the intersection of Shabbona Drive and S. Lakeshore Drive will be CLOSED beginning Monday, April 29, 2024. The closure will last one to two weeks. Detour routes will be posted. Anyone that needs to access Shabbona Drive or any street east of Shabbona Drive must enter off County Hwy B. Road closed signs will be posted at Indian Hills and S. Lakeshore, Brickley and S. Lakeshore, and on Fontana Blvd with a hard stop at the beach parking lot.

Weekly or bi-weekly updates are posted on the Village website under the 2024 Street Projects tab. This week’s update is also attached to this email.

For safety reasons, this closes the course to walkers, pets and other activities.

The golf course will be staffed Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, weather permitting.

Just a reminder that the annual assessment is due on September 1st. A $20 late fee will be added to all open balances after September 1st. Payments may be dropped off at the Clubhouse or mailed to CCE at PO Box 341 Fontana, WI 53125.
