Village of Fontana Short-Term Rental Information

 

Just a reminder that the annual assessment is due on September 1st. A $20 late fee will be added to all open balances after September 1st. Payments may be dropped off at the Clubhouse or mailed to CCE at PO Box 341 Fontana, WI 53125.

 

FInancial Reports 2013-2023

 

The project to rehabilitate Well No. 4 has been approved by the DNR and was recently publicly bid and awarded by the Village. Rehabilitation of the well is anticipated to be complete by fall of 2023.
